Terry brings to every development project throughout the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area his vision, history and skill set to maximizing the land’s use. He is skilled in working through the zoning process, accessibility issues, entitlements, 380 agreements, facility agreements, right of way issues and the condemnation process. He knows how best to position a property to meet the goals and needs of the owners, whether as a development strategy for developers, investors, or end users.

With three decades of commercial real estate experience, Terry has been able to consistently deliver “value added” solutions. It is important to understand the real estate business’s fundamental principals to making good business decisions. Using detailed marketing presentations, he seeks to maximize the investment for each potential purchaser. Terry strives to explain in some cases, and enlighten in others; so that expectation and reality have a chance to meet in a meaningful and profitable conclusion.
